This black tea is inspired by the Shiranui-style yokozuna, who focuses solely on offense, and features the refreshing aroma of Japanese citrus layered with cinnamon. It's a spicy cup with a soft mouthfeel, enhanced by sansho pepper and ginger.
The toppings of roasted rice (white) and pink peppercorns (red) evoke good fortune with their traditional auspicious colors.
