Shipping and Delivery
Product delivery is limited to destinations within Japan.
Shipping Carrier: Yamato Transport (Designation of a specific carrier is not accepted)
[Shipping Fees]
・A flat rate of 880 yen (including tax) nationwide.
・Free shipping (covered by the Association) for orders of 10,000 yen (including tax) or more in a single transaction.
・Delivery generally takes 2 to 3 business days.
[Returns due to Long-term Absence or Incorrect Address]
・If a product is returned to the SuMALL Delivery Center from Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. due to moving, repeated absences, incorrect address, or other reasons, the SuMALL Office will contact you via email. If you provide a deliverable address within 14 days following this notification, we will promptly reship the product on a cash-on-delivery (COD / shipping fee paid upon receipt) basis.
・If you do not provide a deliverable address within 14 days of the email notification from the SuMALL Office (including cases where the email from the SuMALL Office does not reach you due to errors, etc.), the applicable order will be canceled. In this case, the remaining amount after deducting the shipping fee and return processing fee prescribed by the Association will be refunded (the timing and method of refund shall be at the discretion of the Association).
However, if a refund cannot be processed due to reasons not attributable to the Association, such as the refund destination being unknown, the Association shall be entitled to terminate the refund procedure.
[Change of Delivery Address (Forwarding)]
・We apologize for the inconvenience, but for any address changes after shipment, please contact Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. directly yourself. SuMALL cannot accept address changes.
・In accordance with Yamato Transport's regulations, forwarding a package incurs a shipping fee to the new address, which must be paid by the recipient on a cash-on-delivery (COD) basis.
[International Shipping]
・This website does not offer direct shipping to destinations outside of Japan.
For orders from outside of Japan, purchases and international shipping are available by using the proxy purchasing service "WorldShopping" (a service fee prescribed by WorldShopping and international shipping fees will incur separately from the product price).
When accessing this website from outside of Japan, a dedicated WorldShopping cart will automatically be displayed.
