【Changes】
1. About Delivery
・Product delivery is limited to Japan.
We generally entrust product delivery to customers to Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.
2. About Shipping Fees
・A flat rate of 800 yen (tax included) nationwide.
Shipping is free for purchases of 5,500 yen (tax included) or more.
・If a product is returned to the SuMALL Distribution Center by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. due to reasons such as a relocation or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will re-ship the product from the Distribution Center via cash on delivery once we receive contact from the customer.
3. About Changing Delivery Address
・Please contact our entrusted carrier, Yamato Transport Co., Ltd., directly to change your delivery address. SuMALL cannot accept address changes.

・According to Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.'s revised regulations, if the delivery address is changed, the shipping fee from the original address to the new address will be calculated, even if the product has not yet been shipped. Products with a changed delivery address will be sent cash on delivery, and the recipient will be responsible for the shipping cost.
