Inquiry Schedule
Our inquiry desk will be closed on the following dates. We anticipate a high volume of inquiries after the holidays, so please note that it may take some time to respond depending on the nature and number of inquiries. We appreciate your understanding.
Closure Period: August 9 (Saturday) to August 17 (Sunday)
Shipping Schedule
Shipments will be dispatched within 2 business days after payment is completed, as usual.
However, if there are any deficiencies in the shipping address, there is a possibility of significant delays in shipping. When placing an order, please double-check that your shipping address, including the postal code, is correct.
Additionally, due to expected traffic congestion during the Obon period, there may be delays in the delivery of your ordered items. If you have a preferred delivery date, please allow sufficient time when placing your order.
