[Update November 26] Notice and apology for shipping delays

Thank you for your continued patronage of SuMALL.

Due to an unexpectedly high volume of orders following the launch of the "Baymax" exclusive products for the Japan Sumo Association, there will be a delay in shipping for all orders, including those that do not contain "Baymax" exclusive products.

We sincerely apologize to customers who made purchases on or after November 25th for the extended delivery time.

Affected Orders

Orders that fall under either of the following categories:

  1. Orders received after 5:00 PM on November 25th (Order number #43864 onwards)
  2. Orders for which payment was received on or after November 25th, regardless of the order date.

Depending on your specified address, delivery may be in December or later.
