For orders shipped on or after June 1, if the product is sent to an address different from the registered delivery address due to reasons such as "incorrect delivery address," "long-term absence," or "relocation," the recipient of the package will be responsible for the shipping fee from the registered address to the changed address. (Cash on delivery)
This may apply to orders placed on or after May 29.
Also, regarding requests to change your address after completing an order, please contact Yamato Transport directly. Please note that we will not be able to handle such inquiries.
Please note that if the package is returned due to reasons such as absence, it will be re-shipped cash on delivery from the distribution center to the customer.
