Shipping Schedule
As usual, orders will be shipped within 2 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
However, if there are any deficiencies in the delivery address, shipping may be significantly delayed. When placing an order, please double-check that the delivery address, including the postal code, is correct.
Additionally, due to anticipated traffic congestion during the Obon holiday period, there may be delays in the delivery of your ordered products. If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please place your order with ample time to spare.
